If you would like to make a gift that will benefit the entire William & Mary community, you can provide the following suggested language to the attorney preparing your estate documents:

Suggested Unrestricted Provision for Will

I give, devise and bequeath the [sum of $_______/________ percentage (______%)/rest and remainder of my estate] to the William & Mary Foundation, (Tax ID #54-0734117), a 501(c)(3) Virginia corporation located in Williamsburg, Virginia. The administrative contact for estates and trusts naming as beneficiary the William & Mary Foundation is the Office of Gift Planning, University Advancement, Discovery I, ADV-3, P.O. Box 8795, Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795.

Suggested Unrestricted Provision for Revocable Trust

The Trustee shall distribute the [sum of $_______/_______percentage (____%) of this trust/rest and remainder of this trust] to the William & Mary Foundation, (Tax ID #54-0734117), a 501(c)(3) Virginia corporation located in Williamsburg, Virginia.
